Obama, Carter, Arrafat, Annan, Gorbachev…..It All Makes Sense!
Now let me get this straight…..B. Hussein Obama has just been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize? Surely you jest! Nope….it’s outrageous, unbelievable and ridiculous…but true. Now if you don’t think that the 2009 award is a joke consider this. He was nominated for this prize only 2 weeks after being inaugurated as President of the U.S., at which time he had done….drum roll please…..nothing!!! Oh yes he had spent his life as a student, community organizer and legal advocate for one of the most crooked organizations ever to steal a buck from the public coffers, A.C.O.R.N. At the time of his nomination, Obama’s only Presidential act was his vow to immediately close Guantanamo Bay, the only confirmed safe place that can house the terrorists contained there. That vow has yet to be carried out…..thankfully! At first glance, the choice of Obama is puzzling to say the least……it even surprised him. But it makes all the sense in the world when you consider two things.
First, it is spot on consistent with many of the idiotic choices in years past. Al Gore won the N.P. prize in 2007 for foisting upon society the hoax of man made global warming. Jimmy Carter, the first American President to win this joke of a prize in 2002, was selected for ….who knows what. Kofi Annan, Secretary General of the do nothing United Nations won in 2001, Yassar Arafat, the P.L.O. agitator and terrorist was selected in 1994……YES Yassar “Scumbag” Arafat!!!!! and Mikhail Gorbachev, Communist dictator, was the victor in 1990.
Secondly, Obama’s message to the world in the past 9 months has been a massive apology to every two bit dictator and banana republic that will give him an audience and chastisement to the U.S. and our allies. He has compromised the sovereignty of the United States by subordinating our financial decision making to the G20. And let’s not forget the massive debt he has saddled us with and the take over of numerous here-to-fore publicly held corporations. And don’t forget the 32 czars he has appointed to policy making positions that did not require Congressional vetting and the tax cheats like Timothy Geithner he put in key positions. And he is currently resistant to go all out to win in Afghanistan, choosing rather to keep our soldiers in a situation our Generals say is a loosing battle without more troops. It is easy to see how this resume caught the attention and captured the votes of the socialistic leaning N.P. Prize committee……he’s one of them!!
Yeah…..it all makes sense now!!!

My question is where is the prize money going…Obama says charity…is that A.C.O.R.N. or maybe to his political action committees to reelect him?? (The ones with well hidden strange names). Will we ever know? Will he ever disclose it???

WRONG! Just like so many of your assumptions. Carter was not the first President to win the Nobel Peace Prize. Teddy Roosevelt in 1906 and Woodrow Wilson in 1919.
Look it up. You should do your research before publication.

As for the Nobel Peace Prize going to our president, he’s in interesting company to say the least. When it comes to nominations AND recipients. Were you disappointed that Josef Stalin was nominated in 1945, as well as 1948 and didn’t win? Crash may have minor errors in his post, but I assure you it was written off the top of his head.

First, we welcome dissenting opinions to ours. And, congratulations to you for having caught an error, my memory was slightly deficient…you get a gold star and will be allowed to clean the erasers during recess.
We encourage healthy, well thought out intellectual debate, so you are welcome to express your views in this manner. Your responses, however, have shown neither thought nor intellect but simply rhetoric and blanket disapproval. It is one thing to be a referee, throwing flags and calling penalties. It is quite something else to “get in the game”. So let’s see you attempt an intellectual response….with depth….to the posts that you have so vehemently railed against. To use the parlance of your profession or avocation….try to sit in the left seat not the right one. Write it yourself…no help from anyone else.

I wrote a long reply to your above vent. I read it to my sweet wife and she asked me to please not publish it. So I will not. But if you would like to hear it I will be glad to meet you and read it to you face to face. You certainly won’t like it. And the good news is I will let you say to me what you want, just us, face to face. But I will say a couple of things here.
It is a laugh to me that you consider your writings intellectual. But they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So some may think so, some may think not. Reader, what do you think? If you ever do publish something that I deem worthy of a response I will do so. But I don’t want to waste my time responding to the things that I have read so far. They are mostly ultra right wing drivel and in my opinion, poorly thought out and researched. Then it will become clear why Obama was nominated before Feb 1st. And you will see who can make nominations. I’ll bet that you did not check this out before publishing your rail.
But I still can’t believe that you would publically call the President of the United States a liar. On the internet. Don’t you realize that this teaches people(like in GRANDCHILDREN) to be disrepctful of authority and leaders? It encourages incivility. Lord knows, that is increasing daily. I think that you should be ashamed of yourself. You are certainly old enough to know better. What would your parents say? Did you ever serve in the military? Probably not. Because in the military you are taught to respect the President and take an oath to obey his orders. Does your sweet wife know you did this? I’ll bet not. Don’t worry, I won’t tell.

What are we missing here? Flyboy, why are you so angry? For real, is there something NOT written that plays into your vehemence? Has Crash robbed you? Ruined your career? Did he steal your girl in college? I don’t get it. This is just a political opinion forum, not a back alley. Your words sound as though you want to be in a private knife fight. Take a breather, step back and unclench the fist, pal. You are dangerously close to saying things you might really wish you could take back. You make it clear that you ‘know’ Crash. You also make it clear that you have a vendetta not toward his political OPINIONS, but toward him personally. The producers and owners of this website/podcast take those things very seriously & will protect their own. Keep the personal insults to yourself, and if you must comment, try to stay on topic, clearly stated with POLITICAL points and examples.
Your comments reveal much about your intent. What would normally be a compliment, when couched in your bitter words, this sounds awfully jealous: “I know that you are very successful and have built a big company with your hard work…”
When Crash comes off the golf course, I’m confident he’ll find time to respond. In the meantime, please don’t break any store windows or start any fires.

What do you think about calling our President a liar publically? Is that personal? Calling someone a liar is very personal. You tell me not to get personal. How about Crash?
Do you think that calling OUR President a LIAR in a public forum sets a good example for academic debate and patriotism and civility. You say that you want an academic type debate. Do you think that’s academic and intellectual?
If Crash calls our President a liar is it not OK for someone to call Crash a liar?
